RAFFLE
Raffle maximum value: $20,000
Prize value: 50% of the value of raffle tickets sold, up to a maximum of $10,000.

RAFFLE TICKET PRICING
1100 x Individual Tickets @ $10/each
220 x Bundles of 5 Tickets @ $45/each

METHOD
Only 1 draw where the winner will receive 50% of ticket sales raised during the ticket sales period.
The winner will be determined by a random draw utilizing a Random Number Generator (RNG).
The winner shall be announced to all participants via electronic notification.

PRIZE DRAW
Location: Canmore Nordic Centre Provincial Park, Bill Warren Training Centre, The Haig Room
March 23, 2025, 5:30pm during our End of Season Wrap / Academy celebration.

CONDITIONS & ELIGIBILITY

Must be 18 years or older to participate, name of minors cannot be on the ticket
Participants must be located within the province of Alberta.
The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the raffle:
All employees of the organization associated with the management and execution of the raffle, as well as immediate family members.

ANY OTHER RESTRICTIONS TO THE WINNING PRIZE
The organization is not responsible for difficulties arising in contacting the winner due to the winner entering erroneous contact information at the time of purchase.
If a person believes they are a winner and haven’t been contacted by organization staff, please email academy@albertaworldcup.com

CONDITIONS FOR UNCLAIMED PRIZES
Winners have 30 days to claim the prize. Unclaimed prizes will be donated to the foundation approved by AGLC.

PURCHASING TICKETS
Tickets can only be purchased online.

DRAW EXTENSION / CANCELLATIONS
If less than 300 tickets are sold, a cancellation or draw date extension will be requested

TICKET CANCELLATION / REFUND
Ticket purchases are refundable by discretion
